<p>There is a seemingly endless debate about the role of carbs and fat in your weight. Ask five experts the question, &#8220;Do carbohydrates make you fat?&#8221; and it seems like you get six answers. So what&#8217;s the truth about cabs and fat? The truth is that it all depends.

<p>That sounds like I&#8217;m waffling, but I&#8217;m not. To understand why I gave the answer I did, we need to dig into the relationship between carbs and fat a little more. <p>Let&#8217;s address a common point of confusion that can keep you from losing weight the way you want to. Are you on a diet or are you eating healthy meals? There is a big difference.

<p>Although everyone out there seems to push the latest fad diet, over time, and some people seem to get amazing results at first, a healthy eating plan will always outperform a diet program. Why should that be so? It makes perfect sense if you think about it.
</p>
<p>Eating healthy, nutritious food is a change to a healthier lifestyle. Dieting is temporary. Even if you have the discipline to stick to most diets, they aren&#8217;t a healthy way to live long-term. But eating in a more healthy way is something you can do for the rest of your life. And that&#8217;s not all&#8230;

<h2>A Healthy Eating Plan Leads to a Healthy You<br />
</h2>
<p>The true benefits of adopting a healthy eating plan are far greater than just fitting into your favorite jeans again. If you lose weight by eating in a way that addresses your body&#8217;s needs, your overall health will improve.

<p>The latest fad diet might well get you into those jeans too. But at what cost? Our bodies are complex and need a wide variety of foods to thrive. If you live on grapefruit juice for a month, you&#8217;ll surely lose weight.
</p>
<p>Unfortunately, you&#8217;ll also be starving your body of many of the nutrients it needs to be healthy. The same for eating only protein, or any other diet that artificially restricts you to a narrow range of foods.

<p>Poor nutrition contributes to many unpleasant conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, even cancer. Good nutrition reduces your chances of experiencing these lovely conditions, and may even help reverse them if you already have them.

<p>And modern food marketing doesn&#8217;t help at all. Many, if not most of the so-called healthy food choices offered up by food manufacturers are far from truly healthy. I mean look at the ingredient list on that stuff. Extra sugar and salt, tons of calories, and a list of chemicals that sounds like it came from a science fiction movie. That stuff is not what our bodies need.

<h2>Being on a Diet Brings you Down<br />

<p>All diets are unnatural ways to eat. If frozen diet meals or special shakes were the answer to healthy weight loss, you wouldn&#8217;t need to read this article. Our grandparents didn&#8217;t count calories or weigh their food or live without fats in their diet, yet they weren&#8217;t fat like us.
</p>
<p>And even if all this stuff did work, do you have the time or energy for it? Can you really see yourself weighing your food or eating only steak and bacon for the rest of your life? The typical diet is at best only a short-term fix.
</p>
<p>On the other hand, if you can learn to eat foods that are healthy and nutritious, you can do away with all this noise and hassle. You&#8217;ll eat well, you&#8217;ll give your body the nutrients it needs for real health, and you&#8217;ll achieve the weight loss you are after.
</p>
<p>Even better, when you learn which foods are really, truly healthy, you can use them to improve the foods you already love to eat. Most diets ban foods like pancakes. The way most of us make them, that&#8217;s smart since they really are not good for you. But if you know how to adjust the recipe with healthier ingredients, you can still eat your pancakes without ruining your health.

Importance of sleep is an important topic which we are going to discuss today, when it comes about importance of sleep, I address couple of times, sleep is the ability to lose weight, sleep your muscular recovery and overall health  . So, this question is from Jeff, sometimes I try to <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y2L-_2D0ROQ">Sleep</a> in late because  before I sleep, I generally toss and turns for an hour and as a result I get few hours of sleep, I will like if you can address some tips to me as well as some strategies for getting better sleep  ?</p>
<p>Sleep is important that&rsquo;s why our body glow is generate a mark, right, consolidate mind . So, for first thing from brain prospective, when you read things or learn new things in a day, at night when you are sleeping, especially when you are deep sleeping, that&rsquo;s when your brain start consolidate all the information . That&rsquo;s why we say in school to study and sleep on it because you are actually taking it on work while you sleep afterwards . That&rsquo;s something that I follow in <a href="http://www.fitterufitness.com/">Fitter U fitness</a> program.</p>
<p>The importance of sleep is I mean experiments. Especially, when you are young, when you are baby you sleep for more than one third of your time because you are growing and repairing and building new things, that&rsquo;s what all happens, that&rsquo;s what all happens when you sleep. So, again when you sleep when you are young, that&rsquo;s when your growth happens. When you are older like 18 and 19&rsquo;s, generally less sleep 5 &ndash; 6 hours at night may be because there is not much repair in the growth that is happening. So, it is like fewer cycles that are happening. But if you are working out, I am talking from workout perspective here, when you are working out it is really important to rest and recover and I am talking as longer. You don&rsquo;t have to work out for 7 a week, you should break template on toes.</p>
<p>But also you want to sleep as well, right, if you are sleeping well you are giving your body good time to rebuild and repair the muscles, especially in the stage 4 deep sleeps is important. So you have to do things that going to help you get proper sleep.</p>
